By using any service provided by Taxi in Town Best of LA ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including booking a ride by phone, submitting a ride request through our website, or riding in one of our vehicles, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Taxi in Town Best of LA provides on-demand and pre-scheduled ground transportation services in the Los Angeles area. Services include but are not limited to:
Rides may be booked by calling us directly at 213-224-4407 or by submitting a request through our website. A booking is confirmed only when a representative verbally confirms it with you by phone. Website form submissions are requests only and do not guarantee availability until confirmed.
Fares are quoted at the time of booking. We do not apply surge pricing. The fare quoted is the fare you pay, subject to changes if the pickup location, destination, or trip details change after confirmation. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards.
We ask that cancellations be made as early as possible. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before a scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full quoted fare.
Passengers are expected to treat drivers with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger who is abusive, intoxicated to the point of endangerment, or who causes damage to our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for the cost of any damage they cause.
Taxi in Town Best of LA is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific ride in question.
We are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. If you believe you left an item, contact us at 213-224-4407 and we will make reasonable efforts to locate and return it.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
